Shepherds hut, small house, glamping, welfare unit. One year old and its all oak. Its a full steel chassis with old fashioned cast wheels, the floor is fully insulated with 75mm rigid celutex. The walls are 3×2 stud work with 75mm rigid celutex , counter batten and a full wrap in a breather quilt the roof is curved stud work , mdf lined on the inside, 75mm rigid celutex insulation, counter batton and a wrap in breather quilt its better insulated than most modern houses. Its fully wired up electricity wise by qualified electrican and comes with its certificate. Its fully plumbed in, working toilet and sink! Fully enclosed shower cubicle. Wastes come to underside of hut and need connecting to either mains or soakaway/septic tank or cartridge like caravan. A water supply is needed either direct or you could rainwater harvest for total off grid living! There is a coal brookdale fire/logburner fitted with twin wall flu. It comes with a full set of stairs to enter the hut painted purple. Its a full kitchen made by pineland (google them) base units and wall units, oak worktop with fitted sink.
