David Brown 990 tractor. With plans of using to maintain our field. We never used it & its been parked for some time as can be seen. It was driven to where it sits now. Coolant pipe disconnected from engine to drain. When we brought her we were told the blocks perfect as they commonly crack (this one had never cracked and never been repaired) that’s why we drained the coolant over cold weather. What a lovable little tractor. Started with changing the wheels as the ones that were. Got this running and the neighbours came round with in 5 minuets at 3pm on a Sunday afternoon. Complaining (missing rear silencer) unfortunately from that day it was rolled into. The shed and remained there until today. Such a shame to have to part with it but were demolishing the garage its been living in and its a shame to leave it outside so the tractor in them are being offered up for sale. No v5 present although a full recept will be given. Will make somebody a lovely little project! Believed to be a fairly early model continental engine with under slung exhaust? Listing as spares or repair – project – non runner although with a little feltling it will go again and make someone a nice little tractor – 96% complete just wants odd bits.
