Running at a quarter load, the large 60-litre fuel tank will give up to 18 hours of usage. The generator can be started with a key, but also with a two-wire start or automatic transfer switch (ATS). Despite weighing 295kg, the DHY12500SE can be moved on its integrated four wheels – two fixed wheels and two for steering (with brake). Delivering a smooth 230V output from the AVR alternator the high torque engine gives economy together with low emissions. There are minimal changes to engine speed under heavy loading. The user interface is delivered via a digital control panel and displays volts, hours and frequency. The 230v output is delivered by the 32 and 653 amp sockets. The generator also features overload breakers, an ATS/two-wire sockets and a 12V DC output. In the event of an emergency, the generator can be stopped using the emergency stop button.
