It is recommended that collection is made on a flat bed vehicle or trailer of suitable size and weight as all goods will be loaded by forklift only. It is advised to bring enough straps and rope (bungee cords are not advised as these are not deemed safe for transportation) to secure the load in which you are carrying. At the time of collection please check all items thoroughly before signing for them as shortages or errors may not be rectified at a later date. Once the collection has been made and checked, the signing of any paperwork will confirm you are happy with your order and agreed by our terms and conditions. Before your items leave our depot we take great pride in ensuring your items are undamaged and packaged appropriately with bubble wrap and cardboard so damaged is avoided. This service is ideal for any items which is no more than 2kg in weight and can fit into a single package. The parcel size can be upto, length: 45cm x width: 35cm x depth: 16cm (sizes taken directly from Royal Mails website). This service is ideal for any items which are upto 15kg in weight and a maximum length of 120cm. This service is ideal for any larger, heavy or multiple quantity items which are required to be on site within 48 working hours. This service does not include the palletisation of sheeting.
